Mrs. Terry Molenaar, widow of Arthur John Phillpott instituted these proceedings in the Civil District Court of Orleans seeking damages for the wrongful death of her husband, Arthur J. Phillpott. Decedent was a 22 year old air-conditioning mechanic employed by Berner's Inc. He was initially employed in May of 1973 as a mechanic's helper, and was promoted to air-conditioning mechanic around May 15, 1975. On June 2, 1975 while working on the installation...
