MILLER, Justice.

This appeal is brought from a conviction for aggravated robbery. Appellant was tried by a jury, which found him guilty of the robbery of a convenience store on December 2, 1980. The jury also found that appellant had previously been convicted of a felony and assessed punishment at ninety-nine (99) years confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections. Appellant now raises this appeal claiming four grounds of error. We find no reversible error below...
