The defendant appeals his conviction for simple assault under RSA 631:2-a (Supp. 1981). We affirm.

In February 1981, while an inmate at the Grafton County House of Correction, where he was serving a sentence for a previous burglary conviction, the defendant became involved in a disturbance resulting from his refusal to enter his cell when ordered to do so.
