Douglas Finlay, defendant, was employed by plaintiff Robbins, dba Beltone Utah (hereafter "Beltone"), until December, 1975, to sell hearing aids. Beltone is a distributor of Beltone brand hearing aids. At that time, Finlay terminated his employment with Robbins and went into business for himself selling hearing aids.
