Plaintiffs appeal from that portion of a judgment in a court-tried case denying them damages for fraud or for constructive fraud. Defendants appeal from that portion of the judgment granting plaintiffs specific performance of a real estate contract and awarding plaintiffs $1500 damages for sums charged against plaintiffs for rock excavation in the construction of the home.
