ENSLEN, District Judge.

The Plaintiffs are a group of female employees of the Barry County Sheriff's Department; between 1976 and December 19811, they acted as "matrons" for county prisoners while also carrying out duties as dispatchers. During that time, the county employed an all male staff of "correction officers" who supervised jail inmates. In February of 1980, the Plaintiffs filed this lawsuit naming Barry County...
