This is a post-conviction application for writ of habeas corpus pursuant to Article 11.07, V.A.C.C.P.
On July 22, 1974, the applicant was convicted of the offense of burglary with intent to commit theft in Harris County cause number 215440. Punishment, enhanced by two prior felony convictions, was assessed by the court at imprisonment for life. This conviction was affirmed in Girnus v. State,
