At a trial in the Circuit Court of Conway County, Arkansas, on December 14, 1981, the plaintiff was found guilty by a jury of a misdemeanor but the jury was unable to reach a verdict on two felony charges and a mistrial was declared by defendant, Charles Eddy, Circuit Judge.
