This appeal involves an action to rescind a loan agreement, for material nondisclosures, under the Truth-In-Lending Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1601 et seq. (TILA), and for violations of the Mississippi Small Loan Regulatory Law, Miss.Code Ann. §§ 75-67-101, et seq.
