Defendants appeal from the decree of the circuit court determining that Albert Earl Campbell and Roberta Marvine Campbell, husband and wife, died simultaneously in a boating accident at Hyatt Lake on September 22, 1979, and directing distribution of their jointly held property and life insurance proceeds pursuant to the Uniform Simultaneous Death Act.
