George Miskovsky (Appellee) filed his petition in libel on August 16, 1978. Therein Appellee alleged that four publications by The Oklahoma Publishing Company (OPUBCO), Appellant, had libeled him. OPUBCO filed a general demurrer to the petition, which was overruled.
