This is an appeal from a conviction of the misdemeanor offense of driving while intoxicated. See Article 6701l-1, Vernon's Ann.Civ.St. Punishment was assessed by the trial court at confinement in the county jail for 70 days and a fine of $50.00. The sufficiency of the evidence is not challenged.
