This action is before the Court on plaintiff's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment as to defendant's negligence in the manufacture of a chain saw. Plaintiff's motion is made pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 56. For the reasons hereinafter set forth, the plaintiff's motion is denied.
