The single issue for determination in this appeal is whether the superior court erred in affirming the Workers' Compensation Board's (Board) denial of compensation to appellant Dr. Joseph Johnson for injuries he sustained in an automobile collision that occurred while he was driving to the Fairbanks Memorial Hospital to see a patient.
