These consolidated actions arise from the destruction of the S/T Ionnis Angelicoussis, a vessel which burned and sank off the coast of Angola. Plaintiffs, Brotherhood CIA Naviera S.A. ("Naviera") and Anangel Shipping Enterprises ("Anangel") allege that the vessel was lost because defendants Zapata Marine Service Limited, S.A. ("Zapata Ltd.") and Zapata Marine Service, Inc. ("Zapata, Inc.") negligently performed their duty...
