PER CURIAM:

This is an appeal from the trial court's award of a testamentary bequest to respondent, Faith Communications, in an amount equal to five per cent of the gross amount of the Lester M. Balkins' estate, or approximately $133,000. The value of the estate is estimated to be in excess of $2,500,000. Faith Communications, and appellants and co-appellant, are religious entities specified in the will as residual beneficiaries and beneficiaries...
