Defendant appeals from his jury conviction in the Lewis and Clark County District Court, First Judicial District of two counts of kidnapping and two counts of assault. He was sentenced to ten years in Montana State Prison on each of the kidnapping charges with the sentences to run consecutively, and to six months in the Lewis and Clark County jail on each of the assault charges, those sentences to run concurrently with each other and with the prison...
