The principal issue in this complex case is whether there was a claim of the debtor's homestead exemption which would allow title to real estate to be conveyed free of a judgment lien. In January, 1978, Patricia Stanley filed suit for divorce against Harvey Stanley. They agreed to sell their home in Pulaski County, which they owned as tenants by the entirety, and the proceeds of the sale were to be paid into the registry of the court for division...
