Plaintiff, mother of a recipient of Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits, brought this action on behalf of her son, Ike Raisor, under 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), seeking review of the Secretary's decision finding that Ike is no longer disabled as defined under 42 U.S.C. § 1382c(a)(3)(A) and terminating Ike's SSI benefits.
