This appeal arises out of a suit, filed by appellant, styled "Petition for Insurance Benefits and for Declaratory Judgment", wherein plaintiff sought damages for two electric motors destroyed by lightning, pursuant to his insurance policy with defendant, and asked for a declaratory judgment as to whether as a member of the Vermilion Parish Farm Bureau he was entitled as a matter of right to purchase insurance policies from Southern Farm Bureau Casualty...
