BUSSEY, Judge:

Frank Grider, Jr., was convicted of Grand Larceny, in the District Court of Grady County, Case No. CRF-80-104, pursuant to 21 O.S. 1981, § 1704, and was sentenced to three (3) years' imprisonment.
