BUTTS, Justice.

This is a trespass to try title action in which the jury verdict upheld the defendants' claim of adverse possession by the ten year statute of limitation. Tex.Rev.Civ. Stat.Ann. art. 5510 (Vernon 1958). The trial court rendered judgment awarding title and possession of the property, twenty acres in Jim Wells County, to the defendants (Laughlin).
