Johnson in his official capacity, and four members of the university administration who were sued individually in this section 1983 action appeal from a judgment entered for the plaintiff, Dr. Seymour Somberg. The action was based on the university's denial of tenure to Somberg and his loss of the position of professor in the School of Forestry...
