The yacht GEORGEJAN, owned by plaintiff, sank on January 3, 1979. Insurance Company of North America (INA) denied coverage under a marine all risks insurance policy on March 7, 1979. This action on the policy was filed on May 30, 1980, and tried to this Court on July 27, 28, and 30, 1981. An oral ruling in favor of plaintiff on liability was made, and determination of the amount of damages was reserved...
