This is an appeal from an adjudication of delinquency based on a finding that the juvenile-respondent had committed an act that would have constituted larceny if committed by an adult. At issue are the sufficiency of the evidence and certain rulings of the Family Court justice regarding his knowledge of an earlier court appearance of the respondent.
