KERN, Associate Judge:

Following a jury trial, appellant was convicted of armed robbery and felony murder arising out of the shooting death of John McCormick on July 26, 1978. D.C.Code 1981, §§ 22-2901, -2401 and -3202.1 On appeal, appellant raises several issues seeking reversal of his conviction. Upon review of appellant's contentions, we find them unpersuasive and, therefore, affirm his conviction
