This Superior Court civil action involves a suit on a Century Auto Policy issued by Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company (Nationwide), in which the plaintiff, Lillian B. Lemoi (Lillian), seeks to "stack" coverages that provide protection against the uninsured motorist and payment of "medical benefits" and "confinement benefits."
