This is a venue case in which it is alleged that the Appellant intentionally shot and killed Ben Baxter Ingham, III, in Terrell County, and that venue may be maintained in that county under subdivision 9 of Article 1995, Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat., in this suit by his heirs and estate.
