A jury found appellant guilty of burglary, aggravated assault, criminal mischief, and two counts of battery and imposed sentences totalling ten years. All charges stem from an incident occurring around 7:30 a.m., February 27, 1980, when the appellant entered an apartment occupied by Cathy Chastain and Robert Clayton. A fight erupted.
