For the reasons assigned in Oscar Sylvester, Jr. v. St. Landry Parish Police Jury, et al., 414 So.2d 793 (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1982), Docket Number 8458, judgment is reversed and set aside. The case is remanded for further proceedings according to law and the views expressed herein. The costs of this appeal are to be paid by St. Amand. The costs of the trial court shall await the outcome of the trial on the merits...
