SHIELDS, Judge.

Dan McVey appeals the judgment of the trial court revoking his probation and ordering him committed to the Department of Correction for two (2) years.

McVey raises two issues on appeal:

(1) whether the trial court had the power to revoke his probation, and (2) whether in so doing the trial court violated his right to due process.

We affirm.
