Appellants-defendants, Dewey Lee Edge and Terry Lee Bobich, were tried together before a jury and found guilty of aggravated assault in violation of § 6-4-506, W.S. 1977,1 and kidnapping in violation of § 6-4-201, W.S. 1977.2 Appellants word the issue on appeal from the judgment and sentence as follows:
