In these consolidated appeals, Dr. M. L. Fahning, a Wisconsin resident and the President of appellant OvaTech, Inc., appeals from an adverse judgment of the district court, entered after a jury trial, finding him liable for $25,500.00 for negligence.1 OvaTech, a Wisconsin corporation, likewise appeals a $34,000.00 judgment2 against it for breach of contract.3
