This is an appeal from a case in which the Department of Human Resources sought permanent managing conservatorship of Maurice Lamond Choyce, Linda Wenona Choyce, and Tommie Jean Choyce, who were in the temporary custody of the Dallas County Child Welfare Unit of the Texas Department of Human Resources.
