This appeal involves the construction of an oil, gas and mineral lease provision commonly known as a Pugh clause. Appellants, plaintiffs below, sued the defendants for a release of an oil and gas lease, to remove cloud from title, to recover title and possession and to enjoin the defendants from operations on non-unitized lease premises.
