MILLS, Judge.

Summerlin appeals the trial court's grant of a preliminary injunction against him. We affirm.

As part of his employment contract with Lamar Advertising, Summerlin signed a covenant not to compete within a 50-mile radius for a period of two years following the termination of his employment with Lamar.
