TYSON, Judge.

Ronald Lee Kerr was indicted by the Etowah County Grand Jury for trafficking in cannabis in violation of § 20-2-80, Code of Alabama 1975. He was found guilty "as charged in the indictment" and fined $25,000. In addition, the trial court sentenced appellant to six years' imprisonment.
