Defendant Ray Cammack (Cammack), appeals from the trial court's order which granted plaintiff Linda Fajardo (Fajardo) a judgment notwithstanding the verdict (judgment n. o. v.) or, in the alternative, a new trial. On appeal, Cammack argues that he presented evidence sufficient to sustain the jury verdict and therefore the trial court erred in granting relief. We agree. We disagree, however, with Cammack...
