Familiarity is assumed with this Court's opinion which granted plaintiff's motion for interpleader relief pursuant to 28 U.S.C., sections 1335 and 1655. The Court noted that plaintiff, a "disinterested stakeholder [is] caught in the crossfire of a bitter family feud. It is confronted with a series of Hobson's choices which may subject it to substantial claims upon complying with any of the various demands of the claimants...
