This is an appeal from the judgment of the district court rendered in conformity with a jury verdict, granting to plaintiff, Elmore Johnson, on behalf of his minor son, Elmore Johnson, Jr., damages in the amount of $18,775.00, plus interest and costs including expert fees in the amount of $150.00. The damages arise out of an incident which occurred on April 25, 1977, when Elmore Johnson, Jr. was hit by a bicycle ridden by Adrien Tate, the minor son...
