This is an appeal from an order adjudging appellant of contempt. We affirm.

Appellant, acting as attorney for the plaintiff, filed an action against Appellee Stephen K. Yamashiro, a councilman and chairman of the council in the County of Hawaii. The complaint charged Yamashiro with violations of the Code of Professional Responsibility, the Hawaii Constitution, the Hawaii Revised Statutes, and the Hawaii County Charter, by reason of conflicts...
