COMPTON, Justice.

Indicted under Code § 18.2-147.1 for breaking and entering a motor vehicle with intent to commit larceny therein, defendant Clifton R. Martin was found guilty in a bench trial and sentenced to three years' imprisonment. Execution of the sentence was suspended and the defendant was placed on supervised probation.
