ALLEN, Justice.

Appeal is taken from a conviction for voluntary manslaughter. Appellant was tried on an indictment charging him with the murder of Cathy Monroe, his wife. The jury found him guilty of the lesser offense of voluntary manslaughter and assessed his punishment at 20 years in the Texas Department of Corrections and a fine of $10,000.00. We affirm.
