This case comes before us on the defendant's appeal of his conviction in the Superior Court of one count of robbery and of one count of grand larceny. The defendant raises two issues on appeal: (1) whether the trial justice was clearly wrong in admitting into evidence the defendant's confession and (2) whether the trial justice should have passed the case when the defendant on cross-examination stated that his codefendant received...
