Defendant, Andy Wall, appeals from an adverse judgment in a court-tried personal injury case in which the plaintiff, Anna Lewis, was awarded $2,000. The incident that caused the injury to Mrs. Lewis (soft tissue injury to the neck, back and shoulders) occurred when her Chevrolet was rear-ended by a Volkswagen driven by Wall. Her automobile was damaged in the amount of $201.05, and she incurred medical expenses. A short time after the accident...
