This criminal action was commenced on November 20, 1980 when a felony complaint was filed against defendant. Thereafter a Grand Jury handed up an indictment charging him with burglary in the third degree, criminal possession of stolen property in the third degree and petit larceny, and on February 3, 1981 defendant was arraigned on the indictment. On February 4, 1981 defendant made a demand for discovery...
