Dale Shideler was charged by information with committing the offenses of armed robbery, assault with a deadly weapon, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime. The information was subsequently amended to include only the charge of armed robbery. I.C. § 18-6503. The defendant pleaded guilty to the charge of armed robbery, and was subsequently sentenced to the Idaho State Correctional Institution for an indeterminate term...
