Plaintiffs-appellees, Dr. and Mrs. Rye, originally brought this action seeking recovery for property damage resulting from termite infestation of their home. Defendant-appellant, Terminix Service Company, Inc., appeals from the trial verdict awarding plaintiffs judgment in the amount of Seven thousand seven hundred thirty-four and 08/100 ($7,734.08) dollars plus legal interest from the date of judicial demand and for all costs.
