SHARP, Judge.

The state appeals1 the trial court's order, which suppressed the results of Williams' blood-alcohol level test, prior to the commencement of his trial for manslaughter by driving while intoxicated. We reverse.

A head-on collision between Williams in his pick-up truck and a woman in a small car resulted in her death. Williams had crossed the center line of State Road 15-A, and hit the small car in its lane. Trooper...
