We have consolidated these two appeals. One appeal concerns two suits, one of which was begun in 1958 and the other in 1961. The second appeal concerns a 1977 civil action. All the litigation took place in the Superior Court. The 1958 and 1961 suits were dismissed pursuant to Rule 41(b)(2) of the Superior Court Rules of Civil Procedure for lack of prosecution.
